1. If customer fails to join the tour for some reason, a 30% handling fee will be charged for cancellation 3 to 7 days before departure; if customer cancels within 3 days before departure (including the 3rd day), the tour fee paid by the customer will not be refunded; a full refund will be made after 7 days. 2. If the itinerary is changed or missing due to customer's personal reasons, our company will not make up for the missing itinerary or refund; if the customer leaves the group midway or automatically gives up some tourist attractions, the paid fee will not be refunded; if the itinerary is changed or terminated due to uncontrollable factors such as weather and natural disasters, our company will not refund or compensate; if the itinerary is changed or missing due to flight cancellations or delays caused by the airline, our company will not compensate or make up for the missing itinerary; 3. Cairns will have tropical storms in the rainy season. The company cannot predict the arrival time, intensity and impact of weather or tropical storms on the itinerary in advance.
